We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please observe the following:

• Notice of cancellation must be given at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• If cancellation is not received in time, or if you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.

• Repeated missed sessions may result in a pause or termination of services.
