• Services are provided by appointment only, either in-person or via telehealth.

• Clients are expected to complete intake paperwork prior to the initial appointment.

• All communication and records are kept confidential in compliance with Texas state law and HIPAA regulations.

• Any requested documentation (letters, records, forms) may require administrative processing time and are subject to separate fees.
