You can call our office or email directly to request an appointment. New clients will be asked to complete intake paperwork before scheduling their first session or evaluation.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
