Financial Policy

We are committed to transparent and fair billing practices. Please review the financial policies below:

 

Payment Information:

  • Therapy sessions: $250 per session (initial and follow-up).

  • Assessments: Range from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on scope. Final cost will be discussed before scheduling.

  • Administrative services: $200/hour billed in 6-minute increments for forms, letters, or other documents not directly related to treatment.

  • Consultations outside of appointments: Priced separately and not billable to insurance.

 

Payment Methods:

  • Accepted forms: Cash, check, or credit card.

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment.

 

Insurance:

  • We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, a receipt (superbill) can be provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider.

  • Please note that insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and may require diagnosis codes and documentation that can impact your privacy.
