Financial Policy
We are committed to transparent and fair billing practices. Please review the financial policies below:
Payment Information:

Therapy sessions: $250 per session (initial and follow-up).

Assessments: Range from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on scope. Final cost will be discussed before scheduling.

Administrative services: $200/hour billed in 6-minute increments for forms, letters, or other documents not directly related to treatment.

Consultations outside of appointments: Priced separately and not billable to insurance.
Payment Methods:

Accepted forms: Cash, check, or credit card.

Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment.
Insurance:

We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, a receipt (superbill) can be provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider.

Please note that insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and may require diagnosis codes and documentation that can impact your privacy.
